User Agreement

This Agreement (the “agreement”) describes the terms and conditions applicable to the use of the information and services available at NextTechs.com. For the purposes of this agreement, the term NextTechs or NextTechs.com refers to NextTechs Technologies LLC, a Texas Limited Liability Company.  The term “you” refers to any individual, person, organization or entity, accessing, reading or using NextTechs.com and the information and services provided therein.

NextTechs may amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on its web site. All amended terms shall automatically be effective 30 days after they are initially posted on NextTechs.com.

1. Eligibility. NextTechs' information and services are available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing, the information and services are not available to minors. If you do not qualify, please do not use NextTechs.com, its information, or its services.

2. Fees and Services. Our Fees and Discount Policy details out current guidelines. We reserve the right to change these on a go forward basis as business conditions dictate.

3. Release.  By agreeing to use NextTechs.com, you release NextTechs (and its officers, directors, employees, shareholders, agents, representatives, affiliates, and subsidiaries) from claims, demands, and damages (actual, incidental, and consequential) of every kind and the nature, known or unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out or in any way connected with uses of NextTechs' information and services therein. 

4. Information. Although every effort is made to ensure the quality of information, we cannot guarantee the quality or accuracy. NextTechs does not guarantee that all of the information in this web site will meet your satisfaction, objectives or expectations. Additionally, NextTechs does not guarantee the availability, quality, safety or legality of the technologies, products, or services listed; the truth or accuracy of the listings; the ability of sellers to license or sell technologies; or the ability of buyers to license or buy technologies. NextTechs cannot ensure that a buyer or seller will actually complete a transaction. The use of the information is at your own risk, and you should conduct additional appropriate research, investigation, and due diligence regarding the information, products, services, and technologies herein.

5. Fraud. Without limiting any other remedies, NextTechs may suspend or terminate your account if you are found (by conviction, settlement, investigation, or otherwise) to have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with our site.

6. Access and Interference. You agree that you will not use any robot, spider, other automatic device, or manual process to monitor or copy our web pages or the content contained herein without our prior expressed written permission. You agree that you will not use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of NextTechs.com or any transaction, service or communication being conducted on this web site.
